FAST Complex to hold volleyball prep camp
The Fundamental Athletic Sports Training Complex in Houston will hold a prep volleyball camp for youth in junior high school from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Aug. 13 through Thursday, Aug. 16.
This camp is for players who plan to tryout for volleyball teams in the fall. The program will help participants improve all aspects of their game and is targeted to the beginner or intermediate player. Players will be divided by age and skill level. Instruction will include plenty of team play.
The cost for the program is $200 per person.
The FAST Complex is located at 15400 Hempstead Road, in Houston.
