Cy-Fair landlord blamed for dog attack
A woman is suing a landlord from Cy-Fair after, she says, a pit bull owned by his Houston-area tenants attacked her son.
Cindy Do, on behalf of her son, filed a lawsuit on July 26 in Harris County District Court against Cy-Fair resident Nguy Minh, citing negligence.
Do says on May 26, 2011, a pit bull attacked her son at Minh's rental property, located in the 7800 block of Smokey Wood Lane in Houston. The suit alleges the dog bit her son in the face, lacerating his nose and tearing off his lip.
Do is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Peter Clarke.
