Willowbrook arcade blamed for injurious train ride
A Harris County woman is suing after, she says, a young boy sustained serious injuries while riding a train at a Willowbrook-area arcade. Tambara Smith, the guardian of the young boy, filed a lawsuit on Aug. 3 in the Harris County District Court against iT'Z Texas LLC, in Willowbrook, and Antonio Zamperla, citing negligence. Smith says on Aug. 7, 2010, the boy sustained serious injuries when he fell out of a moving train at iT'Z Family Food & Fun, located at 18355 Tomball Parkway in Willowbrook. Smith is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Sharon Simmons Cantrell. Harris County District Court Case No. 2012-44536.
