The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 12-15:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with criminal mischief ($50 to $500) and trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on Aug. 12, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 12 and is facing class B misdemeanor charges. He resides in Aberton Forest.

A Cypress man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) after being arrested on Aug. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, resides in E Morgan. He was booked on Aug. 13.

A man was arrested on charges of driving while license is suspended, no liability insurance (2nd) and expired inspection certificate on Aug. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 37-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 13 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Sky Blue.
