Local authorities release arrest report for Aug. 30 to Sept. 1

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 30 to Sept. 1:

A man who resides on West 43rd Street was arrested on alleged charges of failure to appear.

A man was arrested on alleged charges of an order of arrest (felony). He resides in Lynette.

A woman who resides on Gladewood Drive was arrested on alleged charges of motion to adjudicate.

A Cypress man is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08, driving without a Texas operator's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving on the wrong side of road after being arrested Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 62, resides on Holly Barr Lane. He was booked Sept. 2.

A woman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08 Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail Sept. 2 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Birch Springs.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08 Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 48-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail Sept. 2 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Autumn Meadow.

A man was arrested on a charge of retaliation Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 30-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail Sept. 2 and is facing a third degree felony charge. He resides in Southpoint Wind.

A Katy man is facing class A misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and speeding after being arrested Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 27, resides in Cypress Canyon. He was booked Sept. 2.

A Houston woman is facing a class C misdemeanor charge of speeding after being arrested Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 32, resides in Green Creek. She was booked Sept. 2.

A woman was arrested on a charge of theft between $50 and $500 Sept. 1, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail Sept. 2 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Silvershade.
