Where are the lowest gas prices in Cy-Fair?
Gas prices in and around Cypress were lower than the averages for Texas, Houston, and the country as a whole for the week of Sept. 2, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.
Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 35 gas stations in and around Cypress as of Saturday, Sept. 8. The average price of regular unleaded in Cypress is $3.61 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.64, Houston average at $3.64, and the nationwide average at $3.81.
The average gas price in Cypress last week was $3.61 per gallon.
The least expensive gas in Cypress is reported to be $3.52 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which a gasbuddy.com contributor logged at Randalls, 12220 Barker Cypress Road.
A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.79, which was being sold at Shell, 15038 Mason Road.
