Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 8

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 6 to Sept. 8:

A Houston man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 9 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Willow Place.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a third-degree felony charge of injury to a child, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 17-year-old female lives in Cypress.

A man was arrested on charges of theft between $50 and $500 and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. He resides in Alisa Lane.

A Houston man is facing a third-degree felony charge of retaliation-assault with bodily injury to a public servant after being arrested on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 26, resides in West Little York. He was booked on Sept. 8.

A woman was arrested on charges of failure to control speed and violating a promise to appear on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 19-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Providence Shore.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 30-year-old male lives in Harris County.

A man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief ($50 to $500) on Sept. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 8 and is facing and a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in West Little York.
