Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Sept. 16

There were 70 sales in Cypress for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15803 Blanco Trails Lane. Scott C. Hebert sold the home to Andrew J. Finizio and Caroline W. Finizio on Sept. 16.

The 4,261-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is located in the Rock Creek subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 15903 Drifting Rose Drive to James C. Steinhauser and Michele L. Steinhauser and the sale of 20907 E. Cameron Ridge Drive to Cresenciano L. Rivas and Estela Rivas.

The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by Coles Crossing with four.

Sales volume was 48.9 percent higher than the previous week and 9.3 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Cypress has averaged 53 sales per week during the last 12 months.
