Weekly sales roundup for Copperfield, week ending Sept. 16

There were 11 sales in Copperfield for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15423 Clear Valley Drive. Barry Nile Weaver sold the home to Kevin Nile and Rickey Wayne Weaver on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 2,936-square-foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Copperfield Place subdivision.
