Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Sept. 23

There were 51 sales in Cypress for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 14218 Boerne Country Drive. Joseph P. Ditolla and Katherine A. Ditolla sold the home to Clayton S. Smith on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 4,155-square-foot, five-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home and is in the Rock Creek subdivision.
