Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Oct. 7

There were 73 sales in Cypress for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15306 Bandera Falls Bend. Angie K. Paramore and Ron W. Paramore sold the home to Steven Quance and Teri Quance on Sunday, Oct. 7. The 5,461-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4-1/2-bath home was built in 2001 and is located in the Rock Creek subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 13602 Springmint Drive to National Residential Services Inc. (Nominee) and the sale of 13602 Springmint Drive to Kenneth Laughrun and Noelle Laughrun.

The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with nine, followed by Coles Crossing with eight.
