Lunch menu for Cy-Fair ISD middle schools, Nov. 12-16

The school lunch menu has been announced for Cy-Fair ISD middle schools for the week of Nov. 12:

Monday, Nov. 12: Chicken fried steak with wheat roll, mashed potatoes with fat-free country gravy, seasoned green beans, tossed salad, diced pears, assorted fresh fruit, cold milk and chicken tenders with wheat roll

Tuesday, Nov. 13: Lasagna, California blend vegetables, spicy spinach salad, fresh pineapple chunks or pineapple tidbits, assorted fresh fruit, cold milk and chicken breast bites

Wednesday, Nov. 14: Beef or cheese nachos with baked Scoops, seasoned black beans, tossed salad, sliced peaches, assorted fresh fruit, cold milk and cheese quesadilla

Thursday, Nov. 15: Sliced turkey with poultry gravy, sweet potatoes, seasoned green beans, tossed salad, cranberry sauce, sliced peaches, assorted fresh fruit, wheat roll, cold milk and grilled chicken on bun

Friday, Nov. 16: Chicken corn dog, broccoli with cheese sauce, cole slaw, fruit cobbler or watermelon, assorted fresh fruit, cold milk and grilled chicken on bun
