Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Oct. 14

There were 47 sales in Cypress for the week ending Oct. 14, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 14219 Jaquine Drive. Stanley Foundation LLC sold the home to Cypress Ecf Investments LLC on Sunday, Oct. 14. The 1,427-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1979 and is located in the Bonaire subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 19806 Dayton Springs Drive to Colby Jensen, and the sale of 13014 Tall Forest Drive to Dottie Ruth Hartman and Henry Dwayne Shaffer.

The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Coles Crossing with two.

Sales volume was 35.6 percent lower than the previous week and 17.5 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Cypress has averaged 53 sales per week during the past year.
