Cy Fair Education Center’s founder, Karen Cotton, brings real-world experience in her area of professional expertise. In September, she spoke at the National PTA’s Emerging Minority Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., and was a senior administrator in the Houston ISD. She has led counseling agencies on family and chemical dependency issues, and she understands the challenges facing families and communities.
