ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Travis Wilhite

Q: When did you start playing football?
A: I started playing football in fourth grade and have continued playing since then.

Q: What is your fondest memory as an athlete? A: This year, when we beat Lutheran South in double overtime.   Q: What motivates you? A: Loyalty to my teammates and the drive to improve myself.   Q: What has your role in sports taught you about yourself? A: Football has taught me to never give up and to not be passive.  There will be a time in my life where I have to step up and defend what I stand for.   Q: What is your ambition?
