A man was arrested on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without a Texas operator's license and speeding in a school zone on Thursday, Nov. 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 39-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Friday, Nov. 9 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides on Grow Lane.
