Cypress-Fairbanks ISD releases initial boundary plan for new school

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD released its initial boundary plan for Elementary School 53, which will open for the 2013-14 school year in the Bridgeland community to relieve overcrowding at Warner Elementary School.

The new school is located along N. Bridgeland Lake Parkway, in Bridgeland.

The initial boundary plan is available online at www.cfisd.net/boundary/default.

The community is invited to review the plan and to provide written input which will be sent to the Board of Trustees. Input is not designed to be a vote, but a way to gain insight into the options and concerns of the community.

Final decisions will be made at the regularly-scheduled board meeting Monday, Dec. 10.
