The new Cy-Fair memory care facility is home to residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss.

A new Autumn Leaves facility opened in the Cy-Fair area in October. These facilities cater to the needs of individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia and memory loss. Autumn Leaves seeks to provide the highest possible quality of living for its residents, giving them ample access to food and entertainment, as well as having a full-time, specially trained staff. No more than 46 individuals stay at Autumn Leaves at a given time, which allows the staff to provide personal, individualized attention to all residents.
