Weekly home sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Oct. 21
There were 56 home sales in Cypress for the week ending Oct. 21, according to www.Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 14627 Cypress Green Drive. Jeff Leva and Brenda Neill sold the home to Bank of America on Sunday, Oct. 21. The 2,312-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom home was built in 1991 and is in the Fairwood subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 16814 Tree Star Lane to Bethany Joy Simmons and James A. Simmons and the sale of 11414 Carson Field Lane to John D. Miller and Teresa M. Miller.
The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Coles Crossing with two.
Sales volume was 19.1 percent higher than the previous week and 33.3 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Cypress has averaged 54 sales per week during the last 12 months.
