Willowbrook Pharmacy honors veterans
Residents of The Manor at Jersey Village and Orchard Park and staff from Willowbrook Pharmacy joined together for Veterans Appreciation Events.
Willowbrook Pharmacy honored veterans by sponsoring a display of tables in the lobby of The Manor at Jersey Village and Orchard Park at Willowbrook Senior Living Communities from Monday to Monday, Nov. 5-12.
Residents participated in the display by setting up tables with photos of veterans in uniform during the same time period.
On Friday, Nov. 9, programs were held at both communities that featured food, door prizes and a presentation of certificates to honor veterans. Guest speakers were also part of the events.
Honored veterans from Orchard Park include Earl Lawrence, Mary Mevers, Lucielle Crawrord, Bob Brawley and Sterling Martin.
