National debater has philosophical outlook

Hassan Khan

Cypress Falls High School senior Hassan Khan was selected as one of two finalists at the George Bush Institute Economic Debates, held in October in Dallas. Competing among 42 debaters from across the country, Khan won $3,000 in scholarship and prize money for his performance. He is the class valedictorian and an AP scholar. He is also a member of many national societies and plans to one day teach philosophy.
