Cy-Fair incident report, Oct. 25

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Thursday, Oct. 25:

An EMS event was reported at 8:46 a.m. at Tomball Parkway and Tomball State Highway 249 ramp.

An EMS event was reported at 2:04 a.m. at Twisting Vine Lane and Woodfern Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 5:04 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Ymca Clay Road, Clay Road and Westway Park Boulevard.

An EMS event was reported at 6:56 p.m. at Algiers Road and Triway.

An EMS event was reported at 6:56 p.m. at Shady Arbor Lane and Stonehearth Lane.

At 7:26 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 14700 Hempstead Highway.

A traffic hazard incident was reported at 6:43 a.m. at 6290 S. Sam Houston Parkway W.

At 2:59 p.m., a traffic hazard incident occurred at Willowbrook Mall 7601 West FM 1960 and Centerfield Boulevard.

At 11:19 p.m. a major accident occurred at 9250 Clay Road.
