Hoopster aspires to collegiate court
Smith Middle School eighth-grader Marshall Penn was invited to become a reporter for the Brazos Valley Technology Student Association, or BVTSA, for 2012-2013. Marshall is the first Smith student selected to hold a regional BVTSA office in the four years since the Cy-Fair ISD middle school opened. His achievements aren’t only scholastic: Marshall is a promising basketball player who dreams of one day taking it to the collegiate level.
