Q: How long have you been playing volleyball? A: Since I was little bitty. I started in kindergarten in a little YMCA team.   Q: Who is your favorite athlete? A: Destinee Hooker. She’s so amazing, and I look up to her because she plays the same position as me. I’d love to get to where she is.   Q: Who is your greatest inspiration? A: I would say my mom. She comes to all my volleyball tournaments, and she’s always the one there. She’s so supportive, and she helped me become the player I am by never giving up on me.   Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals? A: I can be very superstitious. I usually wear the same headband or my hairstyle the same way.
