Sales roundup for Northwest Houston, week ending Nov. 11

There were 18 sales in Northwest Houston for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 13322 Campos Drive. Susan M. Hiba sold the home to Brian Parrott and Valline Beryle Parrott on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1978, the 1,813-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Meisterwood subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 16847 Pine Castle Drive to Cynthia Michele Shantz and Richard Allan Shantz and the sale of 14846 El Miranda Drive to Marc R. Kahanek and Mary Alice Kahanek.

Sales volume was 53.8 percent lower than the previous week and matched the volume of sales during the same week in 2011.
