Sales roundup for North Houston, week ending Nov. 11

There were 88 sales in North Houston for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1219 Whitestone Lane. Richard T. Weeks sold the home to Blagica R. Weeks on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1969, the 2,246-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Inverness Forest subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2616 William Tell St. to Lucelva Salina Lugo and the sale of 12215 Lambeth Palace Drive to Mark Dimas.

Sales volume was 3.2 percent lower than the previous week and 12.8 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
