Sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Nov. 11

There were 55 sales in Cypress for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 18510 Spinney Lane Drive. Jesus Oseiel Gonzales sold the home to Alyssa Lara and Josue Lara on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1980, the 1,624-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Paddock subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 19023 Prairie Bluff Drive to Ricardo Lopez and the sale of 19906 Laurel Trail Drive to Belinda T. Weisinger.

The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 10, followed by Coles Crossing with three.

Sales volume was 12.2 percent higher than the previous week and 25 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
