Sales roundup for Eldridge/West Oaks, week ending Nov. 11

There were five sales in Eldridge/West Oaks for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3315 S. Greenpark Drive. Gustavo Andres Sanchez sold the home to Samuel Longoria on Thursday, Nov. 8.

Built in 1983, the 1,913-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath is in the Ashford Park subdivision.
