Weekly sales roundup for North Houston, week ending Dec. 2

There were 86 sales in North Houston for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3331 Atherton Canyon Lane. Vu Tung Linh Dao sold the home to Amy Phung on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,569-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Villas at Northpark subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 14237 Champions Drive to Nsbc Holding LLC and the sale of 9411 Oratorio Court to Stewart Michal Winfield and Stewart Monica.

Sales volume was 19.4 percent higher than the previous week and 3.3 percent lower than the same week in 2011. North Houston has averaged 101 sales per week during the last 12 months.
