Weekly sales roundup for Copperfield, week of Dec. 2

There were seven sales in Copperfield for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16223 Rainbow Lake Road. Allen R. Noel and Brenda S. Noel sold the home to Nicholas P. Rizzo on Thursday, Nov. 29. The 2,324-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1987 and is located in the Copperfield Southdown Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8515 Pearl Lake Drive to Johnnie K. Newberry and the sale of 15927 Oak Mountain Drive to Srp Sub LLC.

Sales volume was 12.5 percent lower than the previous week and 30 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Copperfield has averaged seven sales per week during the last 12 months.
