Langham Creek grad Hollins contributes to Trinity win
Langham Creek High School graduate Taylor Hollins scored three points as Trinity University won 72-48 at home over Texas Lutheran Monday, Dec. 31, at Sams Gymnasium in San Antonio, the Trinity website reported.
Hollins added two rebounds and an assist to her effort as the Tigers improved to 7-4 on the season.
Trinity University (Texas)'s next game is 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4 at home against University of Dallas.
Hollins, a native of Houston, is a freshman basketball player for Trinity University (Texas). She is a 2012 graduate of Langham Creek High School, where she was on the honor roll all four years, on Academic All-District for three years, MVP in 2008 and 2011, and was named to the second Team All-District, 1st Team All-District and National Honor Society. She was team captain at Langham Creek in 2011.
