Weekly sales roundup for West Branch, week ending Dec. 9

There were three sales in West Branch for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15827 Alta Mesa Drive. Bridgebilt LLC sold the home to Freddie Williams Jones on Friday, Dec. 7. The 1,640-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1979 and is located in the Mission Bend subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6811 Vialinda Drive to Marita D. Osterloh.

Sales volume was 62.5 percent lower than the previous week and 25 percent lower than the same week in 2011. West Branch has averaged four sales per week during the last 12 months.
