Sales roundup for Stone Gate, week ending Dec. 9

There were three sales in Stone Gate for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11502 Shady Canyon Drive. Cherisse L. Dias and Gary O. Dias sold the home to Elizabeth Bridges Pedrotti and Rodrigo Jefferson Pedrotti on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 2000, the 2,495-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Stone Gate subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 16442 Redcrest Drive to Jillian Beavers and Elizondo Stephen and the sale of 11502 Shady Canyon Drive to Elizabeth Bridges Pedrotti and Rodrigo Jefferson Pedrotti.

Sales volume was 200 percent higher than the previous week and 50 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
