There were 26 sales in Northwest Houston for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

Transactions include the sale of 10510 Minturn Lane to Robert Fazel and the sale of 8814 Wilbarger Circle to Paulette Self.

Sales volume was 3.7 percent lower than the previous week and 3.7 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
