Sales roundup for North Houston, week ending Dec. 9

There were 102 sales in North Houston for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 14211 Ravenhurst Lane. Fred S. Sanchez and Sandra K. Sanchez sold the home to Jennifer Kromer Matthews on Friday, Dec. 7.
