Sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Dec. 9

There were 56 sales in Cypress for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11907 Annfran Circle. Carol Harling Wilson sold the home to Benjamin Brown and Linda Brown on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 1997, the 2,351-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Longwood Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 16715 Rose Bay Trail to Ronald R. French II and the sale of 20315 Pioneer Ridge Drive to Carla Juarez and Jairo Merida.

The Fairfield neighborhood had the most sales in the area with seven, followed by Coles Crossing with six.

Sales volume was 14.2 percent higher than the previous week and 36.5 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
