Weekly sales roundup for North Houston, week ending Dec. 16

There were 124 sales in North Houston for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8123 Split Pine Drive. Ha Nguyet Co sold the home to Trung Thuat Ly on Thursday, Dec. 13. The 1,608-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1982 and is located in the Woodland Trails West subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6602 Rusk Landing Court to Arturo Espinoza and Paulina Espinoza and the sale of 15306 Beecham Drive to Ryan Jockers and Royale Perry.

Sales volume was 21.5 percent higher than the previous week and 65.3 percent higher than the same week in 2011. North Houston has averaged 103 sales per week during the last 12 months.
