Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Dec. 16

There were 66 sales in Cypress for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7911 Terra Canyon Lane. Dorothy Lee Rosvold sold the home to Laura L. Folley and Rocky D. Folley on Thursday, Dec. 13. The 2,130-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Yaupon Ranch subdivision.
