Weekly sales roundup for Stone Gate, week ending Dec. 23

There were three sales in Stone Gate for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16619 Shorecrest Drive. Xiomara Maria Massey sold the home to David Lynn Massey on Thursday, Dec. 20. The 3,780-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 1999 and is located in the Stone Gate subdivision.
