There were 32 sales in Northwest Houston for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10210 Saddlehorn Trail. Elizabeth G. Browder sold the home to Elizabeth C. Browder, Gail Browder, Lynn B. Reid and Carolyn Skinner on Monday, Dec. 17. The 1,696-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1984 and is located in the Winchester Country subdivision.
