Weekly sales roundup for North Houston, week ending Dec. 23
There were 139 sales in North Houston for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9927 Landry Blvd. Alicia N. Curle and Joshua Palacios sold the home to James R. Field and Rosalinda Field on Wednesday, Dec. 19. The 1,880-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1977 and is located in the Memorial Chase in Houston subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 5303 Green Springs Drive to Jack Benjamin McIntosh and Stefanie McIntosh and the sale of 6304 Spindle Drive to Norma Alicia Hernandez and Rogelio Lara Hernandez.
Sales volume was 12 percent higher than the previous week and 215 percent higher than the same week in 2011. North Houston has averaged 105 sales per week during the last 12 months.
