Weekly sales roundup for Greater Inwood, week ending Dec. 23
There were 19 sales in Greater Inwood for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5414 Arncliffe Drive. Elvira Komich Spartz sold the home to Douglas Paul Spartz on Monday, Dec. 17. The 2,072-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1975 and is located in the Inwood Forest subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 7050 Inwood Park Drive, Unit 7, to One Inwood Park LLC and the sale of 5310 Oak Cove Drive to Michael Addison Graham and Sharon Christine Lott.
