Weekly sales roundup for Carverdale, week ending Dec. 23

There were four sales in Carverdale for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3714 Straightfork Drive. James Zhebin Yu and Zhebin Yu sold the home to JYSH Investment LLC on Monday, Dec. 17. The 1,489-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1982 and is located in the Forestview subdivision.
