Weekly sales roundup for Cypress, week ending Dec. 23

There were 58 sales in Cypress for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11947 Pondwood Drive. Benjamin Cheng and Vivian Cheng sold the home to EJC II (trust) on Friday, Dec. 21. The 2,206-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1983 and is located in the Lakewood West subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 13407 Raven Flight Drive to Glynda Dale Bilicek, Edie Laren Stapleton and Wanda Jean Williams and the sale of 20722 Cypress Crescent Lane to Jadestate Investment LLC.

The Fairfield had the most sales in the area with 11, followed by Coles Crossing with three.
