Langham Creek grad Hollins scores 9 points in Trinity University victory
Langham Creek High School graduate Taylor Hollins scored nine points in Trinity University's 71-66 win over the University of Texas-Dallas on Jan. 14, according to the Trinity University website.
The freshman also recorded three rebounds, one steal and two blocks for the Tigers, who improved to 12-4 on the season.
Trinity University's next game is 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at home against Southwestern University.
Hollins, a native of Houston, is a 2012 graduate of Langham Creek High School. She was on the honor roll all four years, on Academic All-District for three years, MVP in 2008 and 2011 and was named to the second Team All-District, first Team All-District and National Honor Society. She was team captain at Langham Creek in 2011.
