Arrest report for Jan. 13-16

The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for the period of Jan. 13-16:

A 36-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance), expired inspection certificate, driving with expired registration, alcohol consumption on premises with an off premise license and driving without wearing a seat belt. The man was booked Jan. 13 at the Harris County Jail and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges.

A man was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams). The 21-year-old male was booked Jan. 13 at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 13 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A woman was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The 24-year-old female was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a second degree felony charge.

A man was arrested Jan. 14 on a charge of manufacture or delivery controlled substance penalty grade one (less than 1 gram). The 37-year-old male was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a state felony charge.

A 26-year-old Houston man is facing a state felony charge of failure to register as sex offender after being arrested Jan. 14. The man was booked Jan. 15.

A 50-year-old Katy man was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with possession of marijuana (5 to 50 pounds). The man was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a third degree felony charge.

A 33-year-old Houston woman was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with failure to stop and give information. The woman was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A 42-year-old man was arrested Jan. 14 on charges of theft between $1,500 and $20,000. The 42-year-old male was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing state felony charges.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. The 21-year-old male was booked Jan. 16 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a first degree felony charge.

A 34-year-old Houston man is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of assault of a family member after being arrested Jan. 15. The man was booked Jan. 16.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of failure to stop and give information. The 17-year-old male was booked Jan. 16 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

An 18-year-old Katy man is facing a third degree felony charge of attempted burglary habitation after being arrested Jan. 15. He was booked Jan. 15.

A 17-year-old Katy man is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of making a terroristic threat after being arrested Jan. 15. He was booked Jan. 15.

A 30-year-old Houston man was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with assault of a family or household member (impeding breath). The man was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a third degree felony charge.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of criminal trespassing. The 30-year-old male was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A Houston man was arrested Jan. 15 and charged with burglary of a home. The man, 24, was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a second degree felony charge.

A man was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of assault of a family member. The 38-year-old male was booked Jan. 15 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A man was arrested Jan. 16 on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams). The 42-year-old male was booked Jan. 16 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A 29-year-old Katy woman was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15. The woman was booked Jan. 16 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge.

A Cypress man was arrested Jan. 16 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The man, 20, was booked Jan. 16 at the Harris County Jail and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge.
