Baseball slugger inspires swimmer
A: Albert Pujols. He’s my favorite because back when I played baseball, I didn’t really have very good form until I watched him play. That straightened me out a bit.
Q: Who inspires you the most?
A: My best friend Justin, just because I’ve known him for a long time, and most of our friendship has revolved around competition. When we first met in sixth grade, we both had the same classes, and we both played violin, and everything we did was the same. It’s not like it was a spoken competition, but it was there in our friendship.
Q: What are your goals for this season?
A: I just want to make sure that we get as many guys as we can into district and possibly even state.
