Weekly sales roundup for Jersey Village, week ending Dec. 30

There were three sales in Jersey Village for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11 Parkway Place. Johnson LLC sold the home to Donna Rae Bailey Johnson on Friday, Dec. 28. The 2,588-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1995 and is located in The Park at Jersey Village subdivision.
