Plans for Noble Energy Center Two taking shape

Upon completion in 2015, Noble Energy Center Two will serve as headquarters for Noble Energy.

Trammell Crow Co. has teamed with Principal Real Estate Investors (PREI) to plan the 456,000-square-foot Noble Energy Center Two.

The 20-story office building will serve as the headquarters for Noble Energy.

Featuring an eight-story parking garage and the adjacent Noble Energy Center One, the building comes with an adjacent land parcel development purchased by Trammell Crow and PREI in May 2011.

The properties will be connected by an elevated sky bridge. Set to begin this summer, construction is expected to be completed by the middle of 2015.

The development team, headed by Aaron Thielhorn, Kevin Schmok and Brandon Houston of Trammell Crow along with Joe Wanninger of PREI, is working to achieve LEED Silver certification.
