Two Cypress runners complete Heart of Katy Fun Run

Two Cypress athletes completed the Heart of Katy Fun Run on Saturday, Feb. 2 in Katy.

Julia Hague, 39, crossed the finish line in 31:23, and Haide Harrington, 45, finished in 42:11.

Race organizers said 127 runners finished the 5K race, which began and ended at Christus St. Catherine.

Rick Hasner, of Houston, was the men's overall winner with a finishing time of 16:50, while Raquel Tidwell, of Katy, was the winner in the women's category with a time of 18:24.
